Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use KeepOwned. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity in your account and in households you own, including what invited members can see and change.
Your content
You own everything you add. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide KeepOwned to you and the people you share it with. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Reminders and AI features
Warranty dates, reminders and details read from invoices are provided to help you, but they can be wrong or arrive late. Always check important dates and terms with the seller or manufacturer before relying on them.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
We may update KeepOwned and these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes before they take effect. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. You can export your data first.
